About Us

# PJ's specialist roofing team, not a generalist

We're a local roof leak and waterproofing contractor based at Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara, serving Petaling Jaya and Selangor. Our work centres on proper diagnosis: finding the real leak source and fixing it once, rather than patching the visible stain.

## Built around what most contractors skip

Most roof leak callouts in PJ end with a patch over the visible stain. Two seasons later the same leak comes back, because the actual entry point on the roof was never traced. We started Roof Builder Resources to do this differently.

Our work centres on three things our competitors usually don't: **proper leak tracing** with rain testing, thermal imaging, and ponding tests; **no-hack waterproofing** using PU injection that seals slabs without demolishing tiles; and **honest recommendations**, so we tell you when repair will hold and when replacement is genuinely the smarter spend.
