Roof Builder Resources Sdn Bhd is a roofing and waterproofing contractor registered in Malaysia and based at B-8-1, Sunway Giza Mall, 2, Jalan PJU 5/14, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Services
We provide roof leak repair, roof waterproofing, roof installation and replacement, roof rejuvenation and recoating, roof inspection and maintenance, thermal roof insulation, and gutter and downpipe services across Petaling Jaya and Selangor. Specific scope, pricing, and warranty terms for any project are set out in the written quote you accept.
Quotes and payments
Site inspections and written quotes are provided free of charge across PJ and most of Selangor for prospective projects. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if the actual site condition differs materially from what was inspected. Payment terms are stated in each accepted quote.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a written workmanship warranty appropriate to each method and project. The warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover wear from normal UV and weather ageing, damage from third-party causes, or modifications by other contractors. Specific terms are included in each warranty card issued at completion.
